AV Support & Events

We will manage your audiovisual technology, therefore you can completely focus on your core business. Our AV support teams take care of your conferences, important meetings, and reviews. Our scope of performances ranges from the provision of an AV service desk for the response of your inquiries and bookings to the processing of faults to the provision of highly trained AV technicians and event managers, who are at your disposal for AV services in your meeting rooms. Generally, we provide all our on-site AV support and event services both for a short time as well as ongoing.

Remote Services (UC & AV Managed Service)

All of our remote services are centrally rendered from our UC Network Operation Centre in Schwalbach. On request, this service will be made available 24h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Service Desk

With modern software solutions, the Service Desk, as a single point of contact, responds to inquiries of users and monitors via remote access the most important functions of the infrastructure in the meeting rooms. The tracking of errors is one of the main tasks. For this purpose, the service desk makes use of modern ITSM platforms and ticketing systems. The services are arranged with the customer via SLAs, and quality reports are made available on a regular basis.

Our experienced infrastructure teams will supervise the technical operation of your company’s infrastructure. Due to the rapid development of technology and the increasing convergence of certain communication platforms in recent years, the efficient operation requires in-depth knowledge.

More and more AV technology solutions are operated via IP networks and are therefore centrally managed. These solutions have an AV infrastructure that is mostly based on servers and includes special applications. Amongst the most important AV infrastructure solutions are video conferences, telepresence, streaming infrastructure, and also platforms allowing video-on-demand or digital signage.
